2. Purpose
This policy explains what data Numly ("the App") collects, uses, shares, and protects from its users. Our goals:
- Clearly disclose what data is accessed
- Explain how data is used
- List third parties
- Define user rights
- Comply with legal obligations (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, KVKK, Google Play policies)
By downloading or using the App, you accept this policy.
3. Summary of Data Collected
3.1 Data the App DIRECTLY collects: NONE
Numly does not send any personal data to its own servers. The following is never collected:
- Name, surname, email, phone number
- Date of birth, age, gender
- Address, precise location (GPS)
- Payment information, credit card details
- Social media accounts
- Photos, camera, microphone, contacts
- Health or biometric data
- SMS, call logs
- List of other installed apps
The App does not require account creation. It can be played offline.
3.2 Data stored ONLY on your device (not on our servers)
For your game progress, the following is stored only on your phone (Android SharedPreferences / iOS UserDefaults):
- Levels completed and stars earned
- Total combo statistics
- Language, theme, color, and font preferences
- Daily reward claim date
- Tutorial seen flag
This data is never sent to our servers. When you uninstall the App, all this data is automatically deleted.
3.3 Data collected by third parties: Google AdMob
Numly uses the Google AdMob rewarded video ad network. Ads are shown only based on your choice (for extra moves, hints, or the daily reward). Google AdMob collects the following:

Note: AdMob does not use App Set ID for ad personalization. It is only used for fraud prevention and analytics.

No other SDK, analytics service, social media integration, or ad network is used in Numly.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
6.1 Device-stored data
- Retention period: Until you uninstall the App
- Deletion method: Removing the app is sufficient
- Manual reset: The app's in-settings "Reset all progress" option wipes all device data
6.2 AdMob-stored data
6.3 Account deletion
Numly does not require account creation. Therefore, there is no "user account" to delete. Game data on the device is completely wiped when the app is uninstalled.
For additional data deletion requests, email htariksavas@gmail.com. Confirmed within 30 days.
7. Data Security
7.1 Device level
- Device-stored game data is protected by the OS's standard app sandbox
- Other apps cannot access Numly's data
- Numly cannot access other apps' data
7.2 Network level
- AdMob communication is only over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
- All traffic is encrypted with modern cryptography
- Since Numly has no server of its own, there is no server-side breach risk
7.3 Code level
- App is signed via Google Play App Signing (tamper protection)
- AdMob SDK is security-tested by Google
- The app does not make unauthorized network requests
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Numly is intended for a general audience aged 13 and up.
8.1 Age policy
- The app is not designed specifically for children
- Google Play target age: 13+
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13
8.2 Parental controls
If you notice a child under 13 using Numly:
1. Uninstall the app — all device data is cleared
2. Email htariksavas@gmail.com to notify us
3. Reset the device's advertising ID
9. Your Legal Rights
9.1 GDPR (European Union)
As an EU citizen:
- Right of access — request data we hold about you (Numly: no data stored)
- Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right of erasure — right to be forgotten
- Right to object — object to data processing
- Data portability — transfer your data to another service
- Right to complaint — file with the EU data protection authority
Since Numly stores no data on its servers, most GDPR requests are automatically fulfilled by uninstalling the app or resetting the device ad ID.
9.2 CCPA (California, USA)
- Right to opt out of sale of personal information: Numly does not sell personal info
- Right to deletion: automatic when app is uninstalled
- Non-discrimination: exercising rights brings no disadvantage
9.3 KVKK (Türkiye)
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data:

- Data category: processing security (advertising identifiers)
- Legal basis: explicit consent (given by using the app)
9.4 Other jurisdictions
For local data protection laws like LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), APPI (Japan), the same contact channel applies.
10. International Data Transfer
- Numly's own servers: None
- AdMob servers: Google may transfer data to data centers worldwide (typically USA)
- Legal basis: Google uses the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
11.1 Local storage
The app uses your device's local storage to save game progress. This is:
- NOT a web cookie
- NOT sent to any server
- Does NOT leave your device
- Deleted when the app is uninstalled
11.2 AdMob identifiers
AdMob uses the Google Advertising ID (AAID) for ad serving — this:
- Is a resettable advertising identifier
- Is NOT a persistent device ID
- Is user-controlled (Android Settings → Google → Ads)
12. Policy Changes
12.1 Update policy
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes:
- A notice will be shown within the app
- The effective date at the top of this page will be updated
- Version number will be incremented
12.2 Acceptance of changes
Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated policy. If you do not accept, please stop using and uninstall the app.
